1/4 of the forum thinks loma would beat srr, theyre just dumb. 1/10th of the forum thinks canelo beat ggg, and they gotta be racists. unreal
The question is: is he going to keep "winning" this way for his entire career? Canelo is good, just not good enough to win against the best without help.
One thing to note is when I score a fight I use the 10 pt. must system. I know most fans, even some industry people like many of the reporters don't use it because they use the number of punches landed to support their scores. If the 10 pt must system wasn't used then I don't care about that score. I score for- Defense: Canelo won that Clean punching: Canelo won that Ring generalship: Fairly even Effective aggression: Even My card: The first three rounds GGG looked like a fish out of water. The last three rounds Canelo landed the more significant punches and had GGG just following him and eating hard counter punches. It was a close fight in terms of rounds and the fight overall, and despite having Canelo as the winner I am fair enough to see how someone could argue some of the Canelo rounds for Golovkin and vice versa. 1. Canelo 2. Canelo 3. Canelo 4. Very close round 5. GGG 6. GGG 7. GGG 8. GGG 9. GGG 10. Canelo 11. Canelo 12. Canelo
Can't remember did Canelo knock down Trout or Lara,, Because thats the only reason I gave GGG the Jacobs fight very close fight could have been a draw but with the knock down it sealed it for GGG,,
Like I said in the next post, I only take scores using the 10 pt must system serious, any other type of scoring is pointless. 12 rounds to score individually, using 4 different scoring factors. Boxing is more complicated than just two men swinging trying to see who lands more punches.
He’s a manufactured champion period. His skills in the ring don’t match his star power. He’s a good fighter, not a great fighter.
My theory to solve the problem with scoring let guys who have actually been fighters judge the bouts,, Stop letting these guys who don't know boxing from a hole in the ground judge fights. Alot of the boxing fans have never stepped foot in a boxing ring in their life and really don't have the knowledge to speak about the sport with any degree of accuracy. Just my two cents on that.
Thank you And put these judges in an isolated room with a tv where they can hear no crowd noise or announcing. Nobody over 65 unless the get their eyes checked regularly.
I highly question anybodies knowledge of scoring fights that had lara canelo a draw or canelo winning. Lara was in full control from the opening bell to the closing bell. -ring generalship -CLEAN punches landed ( air, glove, arm, phantom bodyshots don’t count) -defense
Such results while boost the one boxer in every case - Canelo, also give bad impression to the other boxer. Canelo is golden boy and its obvious judges helping him, otherwise we would have seen bad scorecards against him. How in the blue hell they scored both GGG fight in his favor. I was huge Canelo fan, and i won`t hide i like Golovkin and wanted the better man to win. Yet the better man win two times, but have draw and a lose in his record. Golovkin was better in every aspect in the ring. He was smarter boxer, landed more in both fight, definetely hurt more Canelo, who was fading badly with every round. Should i mention Canelo only fought for half of the time in most of the rounds ? GGG outplays him in the second fight so bad and they give the win to Canelo again ... I hate that in Boxing. Its obviously there is a protection against him. Joshua was leading against Klitschko, before the TKO come in the 11 round. Before the KO of Povetkin, Joshua was leading in the scorecards, and it wasn`t even close, yet Povetkin lost clearly just 1 round, at best 2, and won the rest, and it wasn`t even close. Yet they give all rounds to Joshua. Wilder - Fury was a fight that was very easy to score, yet they give Wilder a draw .... Its not ony Canelo, but in his case everything goes into his direction.
