Uttercunt, you have no room to speak on the matter because you're one of the "that punch woulda KOed anybody" crowd that routinely denies the existence of Glass Jaws in boxing.

Disgraceful fan-boys are a cancer to this forum and to the sport.

Lol, because everyone loves to bash each other and ride off the coat-tails of anothers success.

See has anyone here come forth and mentioned why they get mad when their favorite fighter is criticized? No! Instead everyone is bashing other posters for supporting their favorite fighters.

I'm not gonna post here like a hypocrite: As far as my own likes/dislikes I like boxing as a whole so I try not to get too involved with any specific fighter. I like good fights. Before this forum and other forums were more geared towards arguing about who would beat who and how. Overall the level of technical knowledge has gone up, but the level of conversation has dropped. It's mostly celebrity/lifestyle/gossip types of conversation. I think the posters are younger and seem more gullible. I generally prefer technical conversations and will argue out fight history or skills and will counter argue when I see a line of thinking that seems off to me. Since there are less topics like this I will delve into the other topics just to bring in some reason and speculate like the rest.

Criticism is fine, but when you feel the need to bend the truth to criticism someone then you are beyond criticism.

    Example
Criticism: Mayweather shouldn't have retired after the Hatton fight, I would have liked him to fight Cotto or Margarito.(see how there are "only" facts presented).

Hate: Mayweather retired purposely to avoid fighting Cotto and Margarito as they were to big, young, and strong for him and he was scared to lose to them.(trying to spin your bias opinion of Mayweather into a fact)

Example 2 so that fans of other people may understand lol.

Criticism: I wish Pac would have fought Nate Campbell instead of David Diaz as Campbell is a style that Pac doesn't face on a normal basis.

Hate: Pac avoids all slick black fighters

The problem with the blind fan-boys is that they stick up for their boy, no matter what he does.

For example if it was Pac asking for drug tests and Money refusing, all the Pac fan-boys would be saying drug testing is good and Money is a doper etc. All the Money fans would say that Money is clean and Pac is just trying to stall the fight etc.

Spot on bro, and then you get the name calling when you ask them to prove it. My thing is it's okay to be a fan of one Boxer but what do you do when the Boxer retires? you know it's going to happen sooner or later.

Someone also mentioned race plays a role, I believe that isn't true I like ALL boxers no matter where they came from. It's all about the different skill types they bring to the ring that I appreciate, (Some are offensive Boxers, Some are defensive style Boxers, some are brawlers, pure Boxers...etc).
