Why do people hate Manny Pacquiao?

Well I dont hate Manny, I hate Bob Arum but heres a few reasons :

The first 3 Marquez fights
Claiming to be afraid of needles to avoid a drugs test
Gambling and Adultery
Claiming to have spoken to God to scapegoat aforementioned problems
Becoming a puppet for the Filipino Government
His Singing
Not taking the initiative to fight Mayweather
His Fanboys
Opting to fight Morales a 3rd time despite Morales losing to Zaheer Raheem
Draining DeLaHoya
Fighting Margarito for the 154 belt despite being a catchweight and Margarito being banned and not earning a ranking at 154
His ****** Bieber Haircut
Claiming he won every Marquez fight (previous to the 4th fight)
He ate his Dog
His brothers vicious low blows
His win over Hatton being classed as a legitimate title win (IBO+Ring)
Draining Cotto
Fighting Clottey

I actually like Manny Pacquiao as a fighter

Watched every fight since the Delahoya fight live (with the exception of Clottey) and scored the Bradley fight 117-111 in favour of Manny

But the question in the thread says why do people hate Manny Pacquiao . . . . I gave a list of reasons (as well as some humor)

 

However let me place my input with the regards to the first Marquez fight.

This has always been misinterpreted for too long.

In the first fight, regardless of what side you were on, it's Pacquiao who did the fighting, not the scoring.

And for all it was worth, Pacquiao at that time was with Murad Muhammad, and it was Marquez who were promoted by Arum. If there would be a screwjob, that would certainly come from TR who promoted the fight.

 

Same reason they hate Mayweather. Because they aren't perfect. Nobody is.

 

There really isn't much hate on Pac from what i have seen. People hate *******s and Pac gets dragged into it sometimes.

 

this kind of reminds me of the holyfeild thread.. manny has never failed any drug test in professional boxing ever and he faught anybody. just Floyd's bitchass demands. and I read comments concerning his money.. mann this guy was getting paid 30pesos a day(about75cents) then through hard work and deligency became a biilionair. nobody here knows how that feels. and boxing wise, he helped put it back on the map.. iknow fools come along but those are new boxing fans, I hope they take heed and learn from the old generation. I mean he's an exciting fighter and if he gets k.o'd he gets back up and takes his L like a man. Manny's a stand-up guy

I don't hate Manny but I can see right through his act. I could see it the entire time.

A hypocrite of the highest degree. Smiles in your face and preaches religion, yet cheats on his wife and gambles his fortune away. He puts on a front of someone he's not.

And yes, I believe there was a time he was using some sort of PED.
