I imagine that offer was contingent on the fight taking place in the UK. I would like to see the fight happen, it’s overdue. However, with the dodgy UK drug testing, I imagine Wilder wants that fight in the USA. Now if AJ wins his rematch, Wilder will be seeing much bigger offers than 9 million to fight in the UK.
In any case, these fights need to happen. But on an even playing field, with stringent drug testing. The heavyweight title, was once the biggest prize in all sport. PEDS have tainted boxing. Much like they did to baseball and cycling. The penalties for failed tests, need to be increased, enforced and transparent. The UKAD enforcement method has made a mockery of the sport.

Fury fanboys cant even accept that a 270lb man who cant hurt anyone doesnt have punching power.

Think about it if they cant even be real on that obvious fact, just how deep must their bias run.

VADA should be good enough for Wilder and WBC and whyte has never failed a VADA test and he has taken plenty

    plenty

flight ticket to UK cost maybe 300 pounds? Not a bad trip to make 9 million and come back home if its as easy as you Wilder and the forum say it is for him to beat Whyte

I mean Wilder has never earned that much and this was offered like a long while back

just pathetic really isnt it? Many fighters would kill for a payday like that some even literally...

When a failed test is hidden from the opponent, doesn’t really matter who does the testing does it? The British Boxing Board certainly hasn’t been transparent. When the promoters profit is put above fighters safety, why bother with the offer. Whyte, can have his title fight with less money in NYC. But whomever promotes it, better have a plan B ready, if Whyte pisses hot again.
Whyte, should have accepted the offer to fight AJ. He didn’t, as he would have assuredly failed the drug tests. Instead, he rolls the dice with the Rivas fight, and the moron still fails the test. Whomever, Whyte employs to monitor his cycles has been fired. Best not to be cheap with whom he employs to monitor his PED cycles. In any case, Whyte ends up on the outside looking in, and whatever good will he has generated for himself, he will now be looked on as a drug cheat.
