i keep seeing stupid threads about floyd fighting a past prime fighter when he's passed his prime. i read a thread where a guy said that floyd fought an old past prime version of cotto when floyd is 5 years older than cotto and has more fights. the stupidity is honestly getting ridiculous and it's starting to p1ss me off.

Bc most of these posters are new to the sport and never competed in the sport and just spew **** they hear.

They ask questions about how Floyd would have done against Prime Mosley, Oscar, or Manny but fail to put Floyd in his prime.

Prime Floyd was calling out Prime Mosley but Mosley had bigger fish to fry in Oscar at that time and understandably so. Prime Floyd was faster, threw more combinations and way quicker in his feet and arguably the best at 130 in the history of the sport.

PBF's last prime fight was JMM.:deal That was the last time his reflexes his movement his accuracy his counter punching and defense were peak after that fight there has been a slow decline in his performance.

The hate makes them illogical. Also, Pac Fans don't use logic for anything.

Who were all the ATGs Floyd beat at 130?

People always say this, but Floyd's run later in his career is more impressive.

If Floyd fought a killer at 130, he would run.

Actions speak louder than words. The guy couldn't even beat Gatti fair and square. He had to sucker punch him in his "greatest performance."

Floyd might get the fight, but he wouldn't win by beating his opponent. That's for damn sure. Just like he didn't beat Pacquaio.

That's why people ignore Floyd at 130. He didn't have a superfight.

MANNY had superfights with MAB and Marquez at 126. And superfights with Morales and Marquez at 130. That's an example.

And can you imagine Floyd FIGHTING Marquez at 130???

    Hell no.

    He would tap and run.

I don't care how "great" he was at that weight, if he fought Marquez, he woulda got his ass whupped.

He had to tap and run.

The so called "monster" would be tamed.
