Why do people keep saying Manny Pacqiuao the greatest of all time?

    Why do people keep saying Manny Pacqiuao the greatest of all time just because he got titles in 8 weight classes. When in reality that is nowhere near fair to the fighters before him because at one time their weren't all these sub-divisions?

    I didn't realise they did. I think there is now a case for including him among the best P4Ps however.
