man, fury's talent is quite obvious. In his latest fight, against whyte, he looked like invincible. This guy has plenty of boxing talent. And even if you consider his oposition a crappy oposition (and I dont think so), then you have to give him the benefit of the eye-test, because what he does in the ring is not easy to do at all.
Yeah, his performance vs Whyte is one of the best performances I have seen at HW. Everybody treats Whyte like a bum now, he was being ranked top 4 almost unanimously prior to the fight.
fair enough. Fury doesn't have a great record but i tend to give credit to any boxer who proves people wrong a few times like Fury has. Wlad was 39 but still heavily rated to defeat Fury. as for Wilder, i think he earned respect (as a fighter) in the final Fury fight. he came back from the disaster of the 2nd fight stronger and bigger and almost had Fury out.
Whyte is still a great fighter, he's a big dangerous man. Powerhouses who are true heavys make him sweat though. Wlad, Fury, AJ & Joyce make meat of him.
Who you telling. After the 1st Wilder fight I knew he was a top operator, I knew Wilder only had a punchers chance and that punch was the right. Not difficult to figure out and nullify if you're Fury. But it's hit and miss with Fury. The difference between the 2nd and 3rd fight are night and day. If he comes in focused and ready, he is a tough man to beat for anyone today or the past 75 years. It's a shame he isn't in a tougher era. He would still be at the top in my opinion. I would like to see him in there with a banger, mover and thinker. Someone that could bring out the best version of Fury.
I am fat. Just thought I'd get that sorted up front. I don't particularly 'like' one fighter over another, generally. Unless they are big fat sweaty Bullmooses in heat, of course.
Don't hate me! I have to get the hate energy out of me six times a year to be so polite most of the time! Also: Every Fury fan is fat confirmed.
