Why do people rate Margarito so highly?

PBF could fight Margo off his back foot for the full 12 rounds and there would be literally nothing Margo could do to combat it because he's too slow of foot to be able to.:deal There's a reason people who actually break down this fight all have PBF wining going away and it's people with what if and crazy scenarios that have him losing.
