De La Hoya fought Sturm, a MW Champion of the world, at the MW limit of 160 pounds, that is totally different to Pacquaio fighting for a vacant title at 154, at a 150lb catchweight against a man who wasn't even (or maybe hardly) rated at the weight. It was a gift belt to cement a bull**** legacy.

2. SRL did exactly what you said, but it's unfair to **** on that, and defend Pacquaio.
