Why do people say Wilder windmills, from what I see, it's crisp combination punching.

Look at those combinations, everytime he "Windmills," the opponent is running scared and covering up because the punches are so fast and come from so many different awkward angles. He also lands at an extremely high percentage when he does it. So what's the problem here, gents?

When he threw that combination at the end of round 2, Stiverne had to resort to tackling Wilder down. I bet he would have stopped Stiverne had he not pulled that dirty trick at the end of r2.

Even when he got up, he stumbled backwards and almost fell on his rear.

He got up aftrwards and STILL did a funny dance.

Because he's horribly inaccurate, off-balance, wild, that's not crisp punching dude.

Yeah and no one can punish it, why is that?

Why is it that everyone is hurt when he does it and covering up? :think

But the technique is extremely amateur-ish, are you telling me all the pros he's faced are worse than amateurs? Including ex world champion Stiverne, gold medalist Audley, Scott who had some good wins?

I think people only see those highlights and just assume that's how he fights 100% of the time. He literally only starts throwing wild punches when he hurts his opponent and they are pretty damn deadly and effective when he does do that.

However when he hasn't hurt his opponent he has a crispy jab and straight right hand and throws a number of other punches as well that big guys usually don't throw often. If Wilder stays focused Im sure he'll have a decent career

Do you see how Stiverne was swinging side to side when Wilder was throwing that "windmill" :patsch:rofl

He looked like a damn rag doll in there at that moment

He literally connected on every shot.

I don't think I will ever understand the reason behind the sheer hate Wilder receives on this forum. I really don't.

Their skill and talent can't handle his athleticism but it doesn't change the fact that his technique is ****. Anyone decent could capitalize on it.

Hm, seems to be former world champions can't.

Seems that he doesn't miss much when he does it, he ALWAYS hurts his opponent when he throws those "Windmill" shots, he also lands like crazy.

Pretty effective if you ask me.

    If that's amateur-ish, then :hi::hi::hi::rasta

From here on out he'll box intelligently like he did with Price and Stiverne, he knows his comp will be stiffer from here on out, and most likely his re****ed windmilling days are over.
