dude was even scared to test FIFTEEN DAYS before the fight.

manny's either scared of needles or haves something to hide. i am actually surprised that the media didnt tear his ass apart now that i think about it. any other athlete would be catching hell for BS like this.

 

it's been well documented that koncz and arum both assumed the reason why manny declined blood testing was because of needles.

koncz and arum wasn't with pac yet in 2005.

-it was not floyd or ellerbe that first offered the 14 days and it came with a charge and it was taken back by ellerbe in less than a week.

-weeks after manny rejected floyd's version of osdt in 12/2009, nsac ordered a surprise drug test on pac and he tested negative.

Whatever the case may be with regards to Pac and not agreeing to additional testing and still hasn't stepped up and requested additional testing to the the level of Floyd is doing or especially Nonito...the last thing any boxing fan should want is for Manny to be the Lance Armstrong of boxing. Boxing doesn't need that. Boxing doesn't need any more Big Time Fighters getting busted. Be it for legit PED use or even accidental contamination because the athlete didn't get the brand/product checked out.

The only thing a boxing fan should hope for is that all these guys would step up and do additional testing. YEAR ROUND RANDOM TESTING.

 

Manny Pacquiao's Dec. 30, 2009 Drug Test Results Are In

Through all the "hoopla" Floyd Mayweather and Golden Boy Promotions sent Pacquiao through, demanding blood from the Filipino star, it didn't shy him away from a regulated test.

The much anticipated results of Manny Pacquiao’s urinalysis, done Dec. 30 as required by the Nevada State Athletic Commission, are in.
He's clean.

“The tests came back to us last Monday and it’s no surprise to us that they’re negative,” said Pacquiao's adviser, Mike Koncz.

It was reported that when Manny Pacquiao was in the press conference and he heard his results, he was not shocked at all. Koncz said that “he always knew he was clean and that there’s nothing to react to.”

That don't mean much. It was a urine test he passed. There are a whole list of steroids Urine cannot detect, which you need blood for.
