Why do people slate Floyd for putting in place random drug testing??

he was in no position to make that request. duh. DLH was 100% in the drivers seat. guarantee if DLH requested it Floyd would have jumped on it in a heartbeat.

Pac offered blood test after the fight. For Pac to benefit from HBOC or autologous/homologous transfusion, hemoglobin would have to be elevated on fight night. A sudden increase or above the normal value of H/H of after the fight would likely indicate that Pac did use it.
