to clear things up, it's a myth that pac did not want extra testing or did not want to get tested.

Pac offered urine test everyday at anytime all the way to fight day. He offered 3 blood test, first one can be done at the start of promotional press conference, 2nd can be done no later than 24 days before the fight. 3rd is after the fight.

There is no known PED that Pac can take other than HGH that can escape detection from what he countered to Floyd's version of OSDT.

....incidentally, urine test for HGH has been developed and available but it has yet to be approved by WADA. It has caught the same amount as USADA with its blood testing protocol....zero.

 

Pacquaio has never tested positive. Berto has however but he's part of #themoneyteam now so its ok.:rofl

And who has said that they will be tested? I want to see proof that Floyd actually cares about Berto testing positive. But I guess Berto feeds american citizens everyday so its ok that he juices. Yeah, when I saw this I saw the hypocritical side to it.

It does reflect badly on Pacquaio that he didn't agree to take the tests, but from his point of view it was asking a lot wasn't it the case that he would have had to have his full training camp in the US for example. And why did Mayweather become so adamant about it for Pacquaio, he would have made the most he has ever made for a fight and he isn't one to turn down money. Both sides have to take some fault for the fight not happening. Mayweather in my opinion, while I appreciate his gesture to 'clean up the sport,' had/has ulterior motives
