The cut off allows you to still be able to take transfusions and HBOC and still be able to pass a test. That's the whole reason testing has to be all the way up until the fight, a cutoff like the 24 days gives you enough time to be able to mask It or clear it before the test after the fight. Cylists get away with this all the time.Whenever you give somebody time before a test, their will always be ways for people to alter it.

The drug testing is a great idea. But for me it's the fact he used it to avoid Pac. I mean Mayweather fought Hatton. And Ricky at the time was going from a fat blob to completely ripped in 12 weeks. Yet he never mentioned any testing then. Plus now he's went on to sign a dugs cheat to his promotional company. At the end of the day. The guys an absolute Hypocrite.

blood test?? how is he going to mask the complete blood count?

for blood tranfusion or HBOC or with EPO's, desired effect is to have elevated hemoglobin on fight night.

The blood testing started with Pac,but was not limited to him.. Cotto,Shane, and Victor all took test and there were NO issues..The whole test to avoid Pac is bs,Floyd does think Pac was on roids, but it's not about just Pac,it is about all fighters having to take the test..

Pac and his fans should want boxing to be a clean sport, instead of defending an athlete that is not willing to prove he is a clean fighter, taking the more thorough test.. In no other sport does a guy refuse to take a test for a bag full of money.

It's not that hard. Cyclists get away with this a lot.

I have plenty more to add. Like I said before when you give a guy time before a test there will be ways to alter it, there is so much more technology being used to try and beat tests. It is essential tests has to be random. Cyclists are a prime example of guys whi have been able to get away with HBOC, transfusions, designer EPO through masking and clearing. Btw stuff like HBOC are really beneficial for training not just the fight. I have plenty more stuff to say, but I am very busy now, so I will be back later.

There is no known anabolic steroid that is not detected from urine sample.

The only approved testing for synthetic EPO by WADA is urine testing.

Desired effect of HBOC or blood transfusion will be seen on the blood test after the fight in which Pac offered.

Pac offered everyday **** test with no cutoff/all the way to fight day and 3 blood test, one of which is after the fight.

Do you see the big picture???
