Why do people think Frazier gets destroyed by every puncher?

People act as though being blown out by a peak Foreman DQs Frazier against every puncher ever born, which I just cant understand at all.

If a mack truck kills me, every car on the road then would, too? Or they use that ridiculous point that he fought a hard, close bout & was floored by Bonavena, which is ******ed beyond belief & I dont even correct anymore, its so obvious why thats flawed.

I'm not of the opinion Smokin Joe gets blown out by all of them but knowing how he usually took a few rounds to warm up, wasn't hard to tag according to Jimmy Ellis, and was right in front of every opponent he faced, I'm gonna give the big time hitters a decent chance.

Because Joe and Marvis Frazier were glass-chinned fighters
    with very short carrier.

How does someone have a glass chin if they've never been knocked out cold?
