It makes perfect sense which is why you are avoiding it.

I agree with everything you said except the rematch proving anything. Wlad isn't gonna change his stripes, not in the twilight of his career. I see Wlad being reluctant/unable to pull the trigger and getting stymied by Fury's movement again. (Can't believe I'm even saying that :patsch)

Lennox was walking with a cane at 39 of course wlad is shot at 40 every body is. Fury is a big clumsy sack a 30 year old wlad decapitates him and no amount of mind games helps him. David haye would beat fury with ease.

prime wlad when he used to let go, in his late twenties was something, but sadly would get caught out by heavyhitters abvoe journeyman level.

however fury isnt a heavy hitter, I'd back prime 20something wlad to outpoint fury.

Vladimir finally fought a heavyweight that he couldn't jab and knee on and couldn't deal with it because he's one dimensional.

You were watching the fight both you weren't paying attention to what was happening. Your fanboysm hindered you ability to discern the things Wladimir was doing wrong and all the subliminal things Tyson was doing right.
You missed the fact that Vladimir couldn't establish his jab because Tyson was confusing him with footwork and head movement, something Vladimir never saw before. You

The outcome of the fight had nothing to do with age, but everything to do with style. And oh, don't forget Tyson's own jab.

I think Tyson would not have won and would have been knocked out against a younger version of Wladimir. The one that fought and ko'd many others. Wlad is still formidable but he is 40 ish and has a lot more on his plate with marital problems. Not that Fury is not credit for winning, he did. Just think he would have been ko'd prime versus prime. Anyone that says or thinks that problems with a woman cannot bother your performance...well, look at Mike Tyson and Buster Douglass. personal problems can **** up your performance no matter what business you are in.

Jones career spanned 4 weight classes, majority of which were against bigger man. Jones rarely had the physical advantages Wladimir had over his opponents.

Vladimir Klitschko was a product of his height. If he were Jones height no one ever would have heard of him.

2015 Fury might not even be prime. It's doubtful that he was prime.

Fury hadn't even fought ANY decent ranked tall heavyweights. He'd been floored by Cunningham, his best wins were Cunningham and Chisora, smallish or short-ish heavyweights.

It was considered craziness for Fury to step up and fight Wlad with so little experience against TALL fighters.

So, we're talking about a RELATIVE NOVICE Fury, probably just approaching his prime. Going up against his first quality tall and rangey opponent.

All these guys making threads like this were gloating that Wlad was going to destroy Fury.
And now they whine and whine and say "but if Wlad was prime!"

Yup. I don't think it should be underestimated how much Fury got under Klitschko's skin. Wlad was beat mentally before the fight even started.
It's not even necessarily what Fury he says. It's how he comes across as a bit of a loony, but a loony who doesn't give a ****, and who might just know what he is talking about.

You're a joke with these excuses. Take a look at yourself pathetic Muppet man.

Wlad beat Haye while his father was dying of cancer . He passed (rip) a week after the win.

Manny Steward was terminally ill and passed (rip) before he fought Mariuz Wach.

But Wlads loss his down to his millionaire celeb girlfriend having a dose of mickey mouse depression ?

    gtfouttahere:lol:

Fury's size would always give Wlad trouble... That said a "Prime" Wlad is an entirely different animal
