Why do people think kovalev is chinny?

    He took some flush bombs from pascal and just smiled, IMO stevenson's left would bounce off his chin like rubber. It's easy to look like a K.O monster against low level opponents.

    Remember, kovalev isn't the one with the K.O loss, stevenson is.

    Well he went down against Boone allegedly and he was hurt against Hopkins. But yeah, neither of the two guys have glass jaws like many of us previously thought.

    Boone KTFO stevenson, and he was never once even close to being hurt against hopkins.

    Thinking Kovalev will dominate and destroy Adonis. Beterbiev also. clock is ticking on Adonis, he will be a gate keeper soon.

    Yes I know but the thread is about "why do peopel think Kovalev is chinny" and that's one of the reasons. I think he was momentarily hurt in the later rounds from what I remember but I could be wrong.

    He wasn't hurt against Hopkins at all, their legs tangled in the 12th

    Kovakev can take a punch, but I wouldn't say he's iron chinned like Chavez jr or V. Klitschko, but he isn't glassed jawed either.

    His ankle was twisted in the 12th he wasn't close to being hurt. His Chin is fine.

    I did, and it was on the end of a punch.. and nobody tripped over anyones foot...rewatch the fight camperella stepped on his foot... still gets credit with a knockdown and people ate that right up..where have you been?
