Parker generated PPV buys, Wilder did not.

From memory I think they expected his fight with Andy Ruiz for the title to break the New Zealand PPV record which was previously 90K. They were anticipating 100K buys at a price of $59.99 NZD which is about $45 USD. So that's $4.5 mill USD total revenue for the Parker/Ruiz Jr PPV. Not a lot to be honest but still a lot more than Wilder generated.

I heard they were losing money on those PPVs as nobody was buying them. I can't remember what fight , but one of Parkers team members was giving out post fight about how people were watching the fights illegally.
They had to bring the Hughie fight over because they thought it would sell better on youtube.

You forgot to mention that Joshua was gifted a victory against the Cuban Erislandy Savon and arguably lost to the Italian Roberto Cammarelle.

Wilder is from America the best place in the world. Parker is from some other place not America so not the best place in the world..

    Isn't it obvious..

So Parker was generating PPV in New Zealand?

That's because the Kiwi's are 'so passionate' about their 'national sport' of boxing.

Wilder is 40-0 39 knockouts to Joshua's 21-0 20 knockouts. If anything he deserves twice as much. He's taller too.

Yes indeed, bigger and better in many ways. Lol nothing will
please me more than watching the devastating bronze bomber pound this big stiff bodybuilder into oblivion. Parker was a mere minion, the true test is Deontay Wilder.

People fail to separate the sport from the business, that’s why. It happens in most sports.

We’re emotionally invested in the sport, while trying to debate what is essentially business.

Shame it will never happen as you boi is going to price himself out of a fight...

He should take the gravy he is given and not be greedy... He doesn't make much gravy himself so he should be thankful...
