Why do people think Williams smoked Margo?

It makes for great entertainment. After reading all the pbf fans (many self proclaim margo haters) posting their hate of margo, it amuses me of how they cant stand margo be in the position pbf was in(although not to the same extent). You would think of all people they would think it ok for Margo to take 1 big money fight before he faces another great challenge, instead they're here saying Margo is ducking Williams when they know dam well if williams keeps winning margo will fight him.:yep

They now have resorted to brining up the williams fight to make themselves feel better.:yep

I think it has a lot do with perception of both fighters. NO has ever seen MARG in a fight where he is getting dominated and the closes thing that has happened where you can say "Marg lost clearly" would be against Paul.

Other than that Marg has always been ultra competitive if not dominant. So paul was able to beat Marg at his own game of constant and unrelenting PRESSURE. Of course Marg came back late and started to be the more dominating fighter, but that was after round 6 or 7 and Paul still had his moments in the later rounds.

I think Paul beats Marg 9 times out of 10....just due to styles. But Marg has to work on a faster start and warming up before the 1st rouund so he can get straight to work when that bell rings.

Plus....many people never like Marg...they nver understood why anyone liked him and after the cotto fight they are still in denial. Can Marg beat Williams??? Yes....but is it likely....I dont think so unless he can change those issues i mentioned. But he'll always be competitive and show why he is such an avoided fighter.

 

I wouldn't say "EASILY"....Clearly, yes....But even Paul couldn't say that was an easy outing against marg. Actually I think he said it was his hardest fights in the post fight interview.
