The majority of the classes have belt holders. Sturm was another belt holder who held the legitimate IBF strap and the full WBA strap during his career.
Lineal champions have had the same cherry picked career as Sturm. A paper Champ was Charles Martin or guys like Chaggy , Brahmer who held mickey mouse versions the WBA .
