Why do people wonder why fighters dare to be great these days ?

When the fighters that do are derided for pushing them self to the absolute limit, proving being beyond great but when they go that one step too far but giving it a go get laughed at for doing so.
Pac a prime example, looking at his resume and leaping divisions is miraculous but living thru it and how much he was written off at each step but overcame.
Adversely fighters coming through the ranks.joshua won the Olympics on about 3 years boxing from scratch.won a title after what 16 fights.beating the fighters available and calling out the rest.hes done more in his time in boxing than almost any heavyweight that ever lived.joe louis is godlike in boxing circles.who did he beat.the funny thing is his defences were known as the bum a month club.but even though all footage of him show a slow and ponderous fighter, people make out he was really lightening quick etc.suppose hindsight is a big factor, but why not enjoy and applaud greatness in front of your eyes instead of nit picking any possible factor and creating a fear to be great then wondering why ?

"hes done more in his time in boxing than almost any heavyweight that ever lived."

You said this about Anthony Joshua which is one of the most ridiculous statements ive ever had the displeasure of reading. YOu can not expect to be taken seriously after saying something like that. :patsch

    Tyson 16th fight-David Jaco
Ali 16th fight- 46 year old Moore
    Lewis-weaver after 15 defeats
    Foreman-Georgio peralta
    Louis-don red Barry
    Marciano- Jimmy Evans.
I may have missed someone, not ****d tbh but prove me drastically wrong,Leon spinks did,I can't see Joshua doing a spinks, and like I said I'm not saying hes the best heavy ever, but when you have a young hungry champion who wants to fight anyone, destroys everyone he does fight, why slag him off ?

There won't be a reasonable educated reply to this because there isn't one that exists, sometimes it's good to be a nimrod

Madmink....you'll have to excuse alot of these fools...alot of them can't comprehend daring to be great ..some of them are fanatical followers og guys who are 35 pro fights into their careers and still haven't dared to even do anything even "good"...and they're apparently ok with it....so you'll have to excuse them...the concept is lost on them...they often wonder why anyone would dare to be great when u can drag guys up two divisions lower and just fight c level guys yer whole career

Floyd is the most annoying fighter in history. Sublime skills, never a killer above 135,could have beaten fighters he wouldnt dream of risking it against.sad thing is he set the tone for all haymon and his obvious philosophy.great business man.retiring, ducking dodging and fighting the guerro's of the world whilst the world pleads for a pac fight.imo, pac vs cotto hatton, marg stood a chance with floyd but I'd never have made floyd underdog, but dragging it as far as he did, actually got found out to be using iv illegally but this wasn't an issue and stinking the place out against let's not forget a naturally smaller fighter whilst calling all the shots, but ya know what,if people want to be took for **** heads and still idolise the man fair play, but do you honestly think they all ignore all these factors in their rational thinking.everyone knows that answer so I'd rather be happy recognising true greatness instead of prima donas who maybe will or maybe won't in time they should have found out how great they wer instead of wearing a hat telling the flock

Canello has took over the mantle perfectly.he'll fight a glass jawed joke from a division and a bit below as he refuses to fight at middleweight as middleweight champ.pays the obvious mw champ off to make defences yet won't fight him after bigging it up after beating khan.not mentioning that he come in as a cruiser weight and is naturally bigger than ggg,yet people will still line his pockets with multi multi millions to fight Smith. Yet argue the cause.Ito ppv alone watching the idiots throw their money hand over fist at the fraud.i'll stick to fighters who will fight on even terms or take a risk, instead of paying top dollar to watch a fighter beat someone u know he will beat

It's more just the fact he weighs in at cruiser weight fight night with me.let's say he's same size,or maybe even a bit smaller which he isn't,but when your fighting someone who's been knocked out all the way up from lightweight and your parading as mw champ, call out ggg after the fight he let u pay him to take on the proviso that u fight him next or cower away from, then ditch it.ha.funny thing is there are mentally backward people who follow the logic that they try to give is actually in line with the warrior mentality they try to portray.

Yeah nah cruiserweight is not 165-170lbs, hell you wont even find a cuiserweight below 190lbs these days. I don't care if the limit is 176-200lbs.

Canelo is a 154lbs fighter and is most comfortable @ 155 where he feels his best. GGG would have to cut off a leg to make 155lbs he is too big. He never fights lower than 170lbs and he is basically the same size as Martin Murray.
