Why do posters claim Vitali has an IRON CHIN?

Unlike Floyd Cowardfeather, who avoids any fighters who has a 20% chance of beating him, Vitali has fought Lewis (a man with possibly the most devastating right hand in boxing history), Sanders, and other hard punchers and hasn't been knocked out by 1 and hasn't even come close.

It's easy to gain a reputation of having iron chin by hiding under your bed every time a little friendly filipino man expresses interest in a fight (add to that Paul Williams, Margarito, prime Cotto, Martinez, and, as we will soon see, Trout. I think Floyd is too lily-livered to even fight Bradley or Khan before retiring.)

 

Diego Corrales was a more devastating puncher at 130 than Pacquiao at 147. Just sayin.:rasta

It may be overrated in the sense that his defense is so good he rarely eats big shots

but he with stood some of Lennoxs best firepower and kept going, took a big uppercut and his legs didnt even buckle

Sanders i agree had him pretty shook up and Vitali showed him a lot of respect for 4 or 5 rounds but sanders is a quick handed puncher

2 guys did real damage in 40 some odd fights, id say its fair to say he takes a pretty good shot

The only guy I've seen wobble Vit was Corrie Sanders, and that was for a brief moment. Glass jawed bums like Lewis knew they couldn't dent it, hence the lies and ***** like retirement.
