Is this Boxing or battle of the races?? Spaniard is a troll who doesn't even know that Spain is composed of a lot of Middle Eastern DNA that happen during their stay for centuries plus other race mixes... Who was the most exciting Spanish boxer of all time?? I bet u one of our guys a higher in the ATG list than any Spaniard

  2. Where do we send the Thank You card? Should we send it to the Moors? Your mixed asses are in denial and it's hilarious to witness. :hat

How does Trinidad have a glass jaw? He has only been KO'd once, against Hopkins at a weight he should have never been and was getting hit at will, every round, so it was more of an accumulation of punishment in the last round. Never has he been KO'd. He has an average jaw, been knocked down a few times, but never badly hurt, only against Hopkins when he got KD.

What about the white or black Mexicans, do they have thick skulls too?
    What about the Mestizos?
You know there are many Indigenous people in Mexico who were never a part of the Aztec empire. What about them?

Are all Puerto Ricans to this day Tainos? but come on, the Mexican population is about 28 times larger than the Rican population, White Mexicans are 4 times the population of Puerto Rico. Come, Mexico is mixed, all kinds of ethnic backgrounds and cultures.

Maybe in the area you were from, but I would say, most people in Mexico are Mestizos, followed by Indigenous not just Aztecs as most of you like to believe, then White people, and some areas black people, I know of towns with nothing but White Mexicans, and other towns with mostly indigenous. I come from the Purepecha area which was what is now known as the whole state of Michocan, the Aztecs never made it there.

and Why are people still arguing about nationalities, race and all that:lol:, come on man. Why are people so insecure. Just because Salido beat Lopz doesn't mean any damn Mexican can beat any puerto rican. come on man:bart

Also spain or any other country having few world champions in History has more to do with Boxing not being as big not having a great History as in other Countries like U.S. Mexico, PR, Japan, Korea, Panama, UK... if more resources were put on those countries, I believe those countries could have many great fighters, yes it would take time, but it's not impossible.

Mexicans sometimes forget that there was a percentage of blacks taken to Mexico during slavery, but they were completely absorbed, for the most part.

I think part of it is also how Mexicans are brought up in boxing. Not to quit and come forward. You get mad fun of if you don't represent. In PR it's norma for fighters to box and fight on the backfoot. There's plenty of Mexican fighters getting knocked out in the first few rounds with glass jaws. But their best fighters get that mental toughness and gives them a great edge in tough fights. And there high altitude training also helps them absorb punishment better as well. That's why when it's a battle of attrition you better be in excellent shape to fight a Mexican fighter. But they do tend to have big strong jaws in the lower weights, I'm sure that helps as well.
