That's a bunch of bull****. Williams has already proven he can beat Margo. It's funny how the casual know-nothing fans think Margo would knock him out cold and say "he's not worthy" but Margo's most knowledgeable fans KNOW Paul is a risk and try to suggest all of these other "possibilities" for Margo, even insisting he take an even slower approach. Its ALL BULL****!
what will happen if paul beats margarito again... where will that leave the half of you after that huh?
I dont know how you gathered all that after reading what I wrote. I was referring to the punisher's fans claim of Williams being unbeatable and how no WW wants to fight him. When like I said Q outboxed him for 12 rounds and his claim to fame is a close win over Margo. I think he is definitely beatable and I think he should fight Q in a rubber match as both have a claim to underestimating each other. As for you second point, I dont see the the situation as being the same. Margo has already fought just about everyone at WW and has shown that he ducks no one at that weight. I had no problem with floyd fighting Hoya and Hatton if he hadn't retired and avoided all of the top WW's. If Margo fights Hoya and doesn't give Williams a rematch then I would agree with you, but until then you can't claim Margo is ducking or avoid anyone.
half of these guys would start calling him a 1 hit wonder and wouldnt be fans of him. they would all become paul williams fans or pacman fans
hell yeah. they would pull something like that. would probably ask for a 3rd match. and then they'll all say paul williams is too big and shouldnt be fighting welters.
Theyll be like: "The guy says he's only 6'1" when he's really 6'4" and he comes into the ring weighing 180, thats cheating"
only dumb people will dicredit willaims. he did ko quintana inf irst rd in the rematch. and he still beat margarito. so until proven otherwise, willaims has the most claim to be the man at 147.
I avoid all P. Williams' threads because it is disturbing the hate the guy gets. He is going to **** Margo up if he doesn't duck him. P. Williams is the man in the welterweight division.
