Why do so many people dislike Floyd Mayweather Jr.?

Whats to like about him? the guy's an *******..

 

Most people like rooting for the underdog. We like the idea of someone who puts in work, sacrifices himself to get victory, not someone who wins effortlessly because he has natural talent.

Also we like humble guys mostly, people who dont talk too much but put on performances. Most people hate when someone brags and then doesnt deliver what he says he will.

Lastly we hate perfectionists. We want to see good things happen to poor people and bad things happen to those who get everzthing handed to them on the silver plate.

The mayweather family lack class completely and as good a fighter as he is he wull never be popular due to his attitude and lack of class

 

Not entirely true.

I'm not a Pacquiao fan, but I dislike Mayweather for the amount of excuses he comes up with so that he doesn't fight certaing fighters. The funny thing is, Mayweather probably would have beaten all of the guys he has been accused of avoiding to fight, because he possesses amazing skills. So, this makes it even more irritating that he hasn't fought them.
