it's almost a mystery to me. do people hate floyd so much that they're actually satisfied that he isn't getting the fight that he clearly wants, or are they secretly dreading the outcome for pacquiao if he hypothetically took the fight on may 5th? I can't understand why some of the posters on this board find happiness in the fact that the fight is once again not going to happen. what the hell?

Ya May is the last date I think this fight has any cred to it. Them fighting in November wouldn't work for multiple reasons and most people know that.

Many of us knew all along that arum wouldn't risk a fight with floyd. Others just honestly didn't want to see it because they didn't think that pac could win and they would rather claim that floyd is ducking then talk about how floyd whipped pac's ass.

I had a pac fan tell me that he wasn't interested in that fight because pac is better for boxing. All but admitting that he thought floyd would win.

if it doesn't happen now it will never happen but we'll probably all still argue the same **** come summertime after pac and mayweather have each had another fight as long as pac doesn't lose.

If they fought in november, which I don't see happening, in fact I don't ever see the fight happening because of arum's vendetta, but if they were to fight in november there would obviously be those who say pacquiao's picking on a guy fresh out of prison. the reasons for hate never seem to stop. I happen to believe that the jailtime won't really harm floyd, since he is a supreme athlete, physically on the level of a sugar ray leonard, a guy who retired and came back to win the middleweight title.
