Cotto was very experienced and he lost. Although Floyd won he got tagged a few times by a slower and one handed Cotto so what will happen when he faces Canelo?

  2. Floyd was pushed like we haven't seen in years against Cotto. Floyd isn't spectacular at 154 as he is 147.

I really believe this will be Floyds toughest fight, and we all might be hyped from the Ghost fight.

Lets be clear: Robert had NO plan other than "toe to toe"

All that said, I want to say Floyd by UD but I'm starting to lean more towards Canelo SD as the fight approaches

Floyd better not hurt his hands
    :hey

since floyd started at 130 and came up several weight classes to eventually fight canelo, I don't think asking canelo to drop 2 lbs from his natural weight class is unreasonable

people say this so there's an excuse if mayweather wins. this is a tough fight but i still favor mayweather slightly.

Why? because he is fighting Mayweather. He is the best fighter in his league and he has proven himself for years and years. A true veteran, quick moves technical skills and good power. Canelo, I like him very much but this comes too soon for him. He should have some more steppingstones before this fight. in a couple of years he might have been ready, but no now... Mayweather will be patience, taking round by round back home and will win on points.

People say he's green because he is young. He up and coming, still working on his craft. This is obvious. I think he's ready for Floyd, because he's an awesome fighter (but for his stamina issues), but it is obvious and understandable for people to call a 23 year old, a green/young fighter.

Canelo is clearly not prime yet but by the same token, Floyd is slightly past his.

So that evens things out in that regard.

Floyd himself says it drains a man makes him weak. So he disagrees with you.

Bear in mind that canelo must severley drain to put on 20lbs overnight, now he must drain even further.

    Thats why Floyd demaded it.

Because its does matter. He was 130 a long time ago too, and hes a 54 title holder for petes sake.
