Why do sum people rate Pac above Calzaghe?

Then start watching Pac's videos. Starting from MAB (2003), his drew with JMM (2004), and his three fights with Morales.

That may give you a good explanation on why he is ranked above Joe C in most p4p lists.

PS: In case you don't know the three MExicans he fought, I suggest you also watch their fight videos, so you will know Pac did not beat bums to attain his current ranking.:good

 

If you just watched video, then you'd have to rank Joe higher, because he's more impressive on video and more dynamic.

Pac's paper resume with the amount of names are the case that he gets ranked over Joe.

 

lol do you even need to ask? Ko'd Barrera and Morales. who else has done that? Its not lke those guys fought bums... Even the draw against a prime JMM is a great achievement.

 

because though its undeniable that calzaghe is a very talented boxer he fights mostly bums while pacquiao with just his heart and a little skill fights and seeks the best then dismantles them!

 

You can include also the WAY he defeated those elite, established fighters as a basis for his higher rankingl; hence the suggestion of those videos.

Obviously, Pac's manhandling of MAB and his destruction of Morales in their last two fights are arguably more impressive than Calzaghe's schooling of Lacy and Kessler.

 

little skill??? He may not have the best skills but he has an incredible amount of natural talent...Speed and power..combo the best in boxing today...not to mention heart... You cant beat elite fighters with little skills...

 

people put Pac over Calzaghe because he has had bigger fights, and has won most of them. Simply put he has had a better career than Calzaghe.

 

Because Pacman became famous by beating Legends and Calzaghe became famous by beating the Lacy's.

 

morales in the second fight was'nt shot to bits. pass it yes, totally shot no. if he's shot now, it's because pac shot him in the second fight. barrera the second fight, was still a very good fighter as evidenced by the close fight he had with a very good marquez. i'd say though that joe has had a better year due to the win over kessler.

 

I will not argue if there's the Name RJJ, Toney, Bhop, Tarver & Winky in Calzaghe's resume. But tell me who's ATGs is in his resume???
