Why do the denizens of this forum think Rocky is blown out vs Liston but......

Can you even name one poster who says Marciano will be blown out by Liston but will give Louis a tough fight?

 

I just think you've got it wrong.

 

Where Rocky Marciano had an advantage was that he had a good trainer and corner. I was told by another poster that having a good trainer can help a fighter immensely. Like Tyson when he had Cus D Amato and Kevin Rooney, or Ali with Dundee, when he was decked by Henry Cooper in June 1963, 1st fight. Rocky had Al Weill and Charley Goldman, two very shrew individuals. Many fights where Marciano was in danger of being stopped, the Ezzard Charles fight, Weill probably telling the referee, one more round, then Marciano went out and won.

 

He fought 9 times but against who?Only bums and ancient Ramos!Ali fought better guys till Bonavena and Qaurry was better than all guys Bonavena beat together!Also Bonavena was past his best due to his number of fights,age and lifestyle!

Yes hi did!He won 4 rounds atleast in each fight according to official judge!

Not really!Ali did cut Chuvalo in later rounds but not so bad that fight would be stopped!Same thing happened to Wepner!They were cut late but they were not stopped because of that and they were much bigger bleeders than Rocky!
Rocky would be maybe got blood on his face but for sure fight would not be stopped just like it wasn't against those two!Frazier face also bleed sometimes and could be swollen very badly but he was never stopped aslo!Middleberger was even not cut threw whole fight!

Frazier was beaten by Bonvanea in first fight and brutaly knocked and beaten around and it was robbery!He won second fight against Bonvena,beat Ellis who was man with suspectable chin,Quarry who also dropped him but was stopped because of cuts even mnowing he could won!He struggled to beat ancient Machen and Scrap Johnson and Johnson almost won!Johnson was bum with 30 losses!Bugner almost beat him and struggled woth Ramos!Those people dropped him!He was on the floor more than 10 times before Forrman while Rocky was twice!
As for Louis he wasn't in his prime but he could still bang which he proves when knocked Walcott,Bivins and gave Charles helluva fight!
Walcott was 37 not 38 even knowing you are lying because of jelaous!He was champion,in his prime who beat Louis,Charles...He was excellent!
Moore was 37 also and didn't he beat Valdes,Durrelle after than fight and didn't he fought Ali 10 years later?Moore was also in his prime because he became good later and had best wins at that time!
Charles was in his prime also!Only 2 years older than Rocky,beat Satterfield,Walcott and Moore and was good fighter in his prime!He was not only in his prime but had best wins in period of 1950-1954!
Moore,Walcott and Louis are better than Bonavena who bit Frazier,china chinned Ellis and Quarry who was perfect fighter but bleed bery easy!
And Charles,Simmons,LaStarza and Matthews were better than ancient Machen,Ramos and bum with 30 losses called Scrap Iron Johnson!

I don't know about footwork but...
He had better headmovement than Ali and was more powerful puncher than Ali!
He also did have equal heart and stamina!
