What matters is winning fights against other top HWs around you.

Is it because compared to other HW titlists of this time period, such as Lewis, Rahman, Ruiz, Wlad.....his resume is weak?

he wasn't up the ladder yet - his shot at lewis was a surprise. had he not been injured he would have fought all mentioned above. but he was injured so his resume doesn't reflect what it could have. do you agree TS?

I like Vitali, a whole lot more then his little brother to be honest but frankly, ifs dont count.

He didnt accomplish much. He lost to Lewis in the end, and fought a bunch of nobodies.

  5. What statistics are you talking about?? the best fighters Vitaly fought he lost, he Quit against pitty-patter Byrd, and was stopped by Lewis and needed 55 stitches gulp:nut in his biggest fight, he beat part time golfer, past his prime Sanders who was only a 2 round fighter and had a beer belly so what, and Danny Williams is just so-so, his brother is more talented and a better fighter than him...

The Doctor stopped the fight. The cuts were caused by Lennox strings on his gloves. Vitali was running around the rign sayn no no. He asked Lewis for a rematch Lewis did not say anything and Vit punched Lewis on the shoulder. Vit was not stopped by Lewis and did not quit in anyway. Also he won 9 out the 10 rounds against Bryd.

Johnson was fat and severely out of shape and appeared like he had no gameplan whatsoever. Same with Sanders. Williams isnt ****. We're not talking about a late 80's Tyson now. He ko'd a man that was a shell of what he used to be.

perspective is a mother ****er isnt it.

Strings on a ****ing glove or was it all the jabs Lewis hit with? Vitali was winning the fight, that I agree with, but Vitali was the one breaking down towards the end and he still had another second half of a fight to go. I truly believe Vitali gave a spirited effort, but with the cuts and his stamina looking worse, it was only a matter of time before Lewis landed something big and finished him off.

  10. i don't give a **** how many rounds he won against Byrd, he quit plain and simple:deal , and Lewis made hamburger out of his face, and clearly cut him up 55 STITCHES:deal LL retired because he had nothing else to prove he didn't owe Vitaly jack ****..

Vit has never hurt down in a fight, or even behind on the scorecards in a fight. Lewis was also very tired and his faced was bruised up alot.

Donald= fringe contender who beat an old man in Holyfield. Holyfield was older than dirt when Donald beat him, and got suspended by the NYSAC after his performance against Donald.

Johnson= fat contender who lost to Ruiz

Sanders= inactive for a year, old, overweight. Rahman beat a better Sanders. As did Nate Tubbs.

Williams= journeyman who beat an old, injured Tyson.

He looked hurt after the round when Lewis landed that bomb of an uppercut.

    Could have been fatigue.

That was one hell of an uppercut. Vit gave him an uppercut also. Vit was never hurt.
