yes, behind the euro champion, and recently de throned wbc champion who is fighting (arguably) the other elite smw boxers in the world.
There is no reason for smith to be ahead of magee and froch, but no one who should be ahead of smith bar the afore mentioned.
So it is a good ranking to have, and taking into account what he has done in the last year, no surprise he has a high ranking with at one abc.
He didn't look great in the fights, but he didn't look bad either. esp. against dodson where he did have the horrific cuts to deal with, adnd where dodson wanted to spoil (as did quigley)

    thats in England.

He looked awful in both fights agaisnt a Light Middleweight and a shot fighter. He is the best Super Middleweight in Liverpool............thats all.

Were Dodson or Quigley even in the top 50 of the WBO, I doubt it.

If he beats Magee i will give him credit, until then he deserves to be ranking no higher than 15 by anyone.

And M'Baye, who had ties with Warren at the time if I'm not mistaken.

did Warren have any part of Kotelnik promotion wise after he beat Rees, then making Khan - Kotelnik was an obvious move

Im not sure if Warren had him, but if he did he manouvered the belt thusly : M'Baye - Rees- Kotelnik- Khan

if he didnt Im obviously chatting double jive
