    We call out Cotto
    We call out Canelo
    We call out Floyd
    We call out Pac
    We call out Ward
    We call out GGG

Has any one on this website studied litigation? Or practiced litigation? I think that we should try to do better at being patient and waiting for fights to happen instead of sitting around like idiots screaming out "SIGN THE CONTRACT" nobody (boxing writers included) have ever seen, negotiated, sat in on negotiations to understand what the process is like. Overall it's kind of frustrating. it makes everyone look bad. We should try to do better at staying away from the business negotiations.

You don't actually have to have a law degree and practice law to be good at or understand negotiations. I work w/ contracts at my job and speak w/ attorneys on a regular basis, so I certainly have a foundation for concessions, give-and-takes, etc..

Floyd is a lil ho. Period!

    Why?

    Hmmm.

Maybe because ESB loves to speculate, speculate some more, make **** up and call other posters all kinds of names while doing it.

You're right, we shouldn't pretend. It's bad. It's pretentious.

No one has to be an expert in negotiations but we as the paying public can demand the best fight the best ! maybe some of us were spoiled with guys like Ali ,Leonard and even Oscar who no matter what gave the fans the best possible fights !

"I'm an expert, you're not! I average over 30 posts a day but I spend all this time working with attorneys, you know!"

I am a liability insurance claims adjuster, negotiation is my life. I negotiate with attorneys, injured persons, Medicare, child support lien holders, medical providers, contractors, public adjusters etc. I agree many people have no clue of the intricacies of negotiation, however you never know who does. This is all just in fun

    You fookin' imbecile.

    :patsch

Do you even know what negotiating means? It means you put forth terms and the other party can accept it, deny it, or counter. Specific language (legalese) can then be added/subtracted.

The time you offered $25.00 to a homeless tranny for oral in the backseat of your mom's station wagon and he/she countered with $50.00? That's a negotiation.

    :hi:

I was top of my class in Economics and Legal Studies:deal And I probably know more that most....yet I keep my mouth shut. Because I'm not a full blown expert like many people seem to think they are.

No you don't have to to practice law to understand them. But you do have to actually SEE and READ the contract to understand it and the demands it contains.

You, me and everyone else on this site have absolutely no idea what's in any contract unless we see it with our own eyes. Period.

    /thread.
