Why do you depise/hate/like/nuthug David Haye?

like haye..i like the klits more but i deff like haye brings power speed and that suspect chin to the HW division its going to make things exciting for sure but i like the talk and the bravdo it makes things interesting

 

Hate is a strong word, but I definitely don't like him. I don't care for people who talk nonstop garbage without backing it. His fans make it even worse with all the credit they give him with only one fight at heavyweight. If he gets past barrett i'll give him mad props, but monte is a very live opponent and haye getting sparked is definitely not out of the question.

 

I don't have anything against Haye. He's exciting to watch and you know he can bang in there. I just don't think his chin will hold up at heavyweight. I didn't particularly care for the fact that Haye chased down Wladimir on his way to a charity event. There's a time and a place and I don't think that was it.

Questions will be answered in his next fight. Monte Barrett is one of those guys who doesn't seem to get the message that he's brought in to be the opponent. Hell, Monte could have probably made the Valuev fight closer had he fought in a more composed manner. He'll go after David Haye and we'll see how the Hayemaker responds.

I don't see what'snot to like. He's a young guy with a big punch who always puts on a good show and will fight anyone.

 

Haye has diarrhea of the mouth and it stinks!

 

Haye would knock all of you fools out with a jab, it'd be like the matrix on your jaw.

 

If it were that simple every smaller cruiserweight-type fighter
with good speed and a bit of a hit would move up and dominate
the slower big guys at heavy. Usually they get butchered by the
much bigger, stronger and tougher true heavyweights. Even
the great lightheavy Bob Foster got blitzed by heavyweight Joe
Frazier back in the day. Look for journeyman Monte Barrett to
give Haye a surprisingly good test at heavy. I think Haye will
learn a little humility during that fight. The Klits will crucify Haye.
I don't like or dislike Haye but expect to see him lying prone at
Wlad's feet if that fight should ever come off.

In my top 5 current favourite boxers, around 4th.

 

yeah, he's arrogant, but he wants the challenge; he knows the HW division is weak, and he wants a shot. He's no doubt the best boxer at HW (bar Toney, but he's less effective now) and has the power. He's never been KNOCKED OUT though he was stopped by an ex-'World' champ in only his 11th fight; sure there are question marks over his chin, but there are question marks over Wlad's chin; Gomez has been K.O'd in the first before (weird as it was) as Chagaev and Vitali have been known to get injured.

Sam Peter would get battered by Haye IMO and I wouldn't give Sultan much of a chance either. I'd even bet on Haye to beat Valuev, he'd be too quick, in and out, and Valuev doesn't have HUGE power, regardless of his height.

So I like Haye; he has a fairly decent chance. But, yeah, he has his faults too, but he's good for British boxing. At least he admits his faults, unlike Naz, who was COMPLETELY arrogant.

 

i like haye because he is good for boxing and good for that terrible division

I dont stem from the english speaking world so that your thoughts will always be alien to me.I guess your cultural background is quite a decisive factor whether your like Haye or not.
I for one think that Haye is a classless bigmouth who is a shame to boxing.I cant really understand how anyone call really like him because of his trash talking.Very weird!
In my country politeness and good manners are still appreciated and honoured.
To top it all Haye hasnt proved **** at heavy weight.He can talk the talk,but hasnt walked the walk up to now.
I guess he must be quite bewitching to some simple minds.Otherwise he wouldnt have so many nuthuggers here on esb.
