Why do you dislike Matthew Hatton?

people just go of rumours about him being a **** , i dont think he comes across as great on tv but i dont dislike him and will support him in his fightt against alverez

 

He's great until he opens his gob. I will support hom though he's English after all, and I am a patriotic so and so

 

I don't.

Brits who slag him seem to be going out of their way to bash one of their own to prove how nationalistically biased they aren't, perhaps overcompensating due to a guilty conscience? :deal

Really if you support Ricky and not Matthew you're just a ****.

Matthew has had far less talent to work with and has plugged away and earned everything he's gotten...IMO working perhaps harder than Ricky. Accusing him of getting by on nepotism is just utterly vapid. His family name could have been exploited to get him far more money and exposure than he's gotten thus far. He's more than earned his date with Alvarez, in which he will cop an absolutely brutal massive beating and the very fact that he's going through with it (no matter the pay involved) shows he has balls of steel.

He also has a far more pleasant style to watch. It may be quite basic, and of limited effect at higher levels...but tbh watching RH always made me cringe.

Sorry widdy, Wicky has one of the ugliest styles in wecent boxing history. That's just a fact.

 

for a neutral it must be horrible but if youve got that place in your heart for brit or for you soe yankidoodles it makes for an exciting fight , just remember he had some great nights for an average in all time terms fighter , his style helped with that

I got a ****ing two weekban for posting duplicate threads!! It was to do with that comment made on the Gary Mason thread. I got all hot and bothered about it, and may have gone over the top.
But the post that I thought was out if order never got deleted.
