I can remember as a kid I was allowed to stay up and watch Minter v Auntofermo... I was hooked from that night onwards...:good

As I got more and more into boxing I was very fortunate to have the likes of the Fab Four around on Terrestrial TV... Domestically there were great tear ups on TV all the time....:good..

This is why we need Buncey back on the box as soon as possible....to get the Amateurs, Professionals, Trainers, Promoters and Punters all around a TV for at least 1 hour per week... so in the future people might start there forums with "I love boxing because of that show where the presenter got everyone involved"....:happy

Can you imagine in the 80's if we had a show where we could have emailed questions to Hagler, Hearns, Leonard and Duran...:think...

That is what we are missing out on now minus the Bunce Hour...:yep

Even the theme tune to Midweek Sports Special on ITV used to get my adrenalin pumping before the fight started!!!...:nut

There are so many people who knock boxing saying it is this and saying it is that..... But if you think about how many times that you here the lexicons of boxing in everyday life you will see it touches people without them even knowing...:bbb

    :happy:happy:happy...I LOVE BOXING...:happy:happy:happy

I love this sport for pretty much everything from the good and the bad....the ring entrances...the characters....the respect of being a fighter and seeing fighters move and ply there trade...to fighters rescuing something we thought would be impossible...i love the dedication...the skills of a great fighter to duck and pivot from shots while under intense pressure...the opinions...the passion..the controversy...and i love seeing the respect fighters have long after the final bell. It's an elite club and a sport for a certain type of fan and it makes me proud to say ''i love boxing''

And he gets so ****ing excited over the smallest of things.

"The ref got that totally wrong, it was definitely a throw-in, not a corner" (Jamie jumping around on his chair as if he's got ants in his pants, chirping away in that whiny voice of his).

    ****ing tool:deal
