Why does Adamek look taller than Arreola?

    the photo is tilted to one side. there is a thread on boxrec. there is a sign between the 2 fighters that appears to be leaning. if you use the horizontal line of the sign as a guide - or if you rotate the pic t5o make the sign straight - arreola is a bit taller.

    Just got the news Arreola is only about an inch and a half taller. Arreola will weigh in at 245 so lights out tomasz

    Arreola is not 1.5'' taller because he's only 6'2. He is no taller than Paul Williams. Actually, he looked a touch shorter in their pic.

    the pics aren't taken from a straight angle. the camera is leaning to one side, making adamek (who may also be wearning big shoes) look the bigger man, especially for ppl looking at photos.

    arreola won't come in under 240.

    adamek will come in over 220.

    has the weigh in happened yet?

    Irrelevant. Adamek is still superior to Arreola in every boxing attribute including speed and conditioning. Despite perceptions, there's very little evidence that Arreola has a stronger punch or a better beard. Both fighters have had a large number of KO's, the difference is TA's victims were of higher quality.

    To repeat, Adamek is NOT 6'2".

    I've met the man several times, and he is not that tall. He is just a tad over 6 feet, that's it.

    I tried to tell people when Peter fought Vlad that Sam was not 6'2. He's less than 6'1. Noone listens to 1st hand accounts. :roll:

    gotta have facts/sources to back ur opinions..without that u just another boxing fan getting on here blabbing about what u believe...

    show me some facts...ne one can make a thread...but a thread backed by good sources and facts is what makes a good post...if ur basing it off ur opinion than i disagree

    Thats true. I understand and agree with your post. However this is forum and as long as we dont have the access to facts and sources, then we can only post our subjective opinions.
