Yep, the best fighters like Molina, Diaz and Collazo :patsch

Are you on Khan's team payroll to spout this rubbish?

Anyway, the answer to the question in the title is in the OP - Because he has been disrespectful. Khan has an ego and he doesn't want to give Kell, who he doesn't like and has been "disrespectful", a big payday and the possible satisfaction of knocking him out. It would be too much for his ego to bear if Kell knocked him out. Plus Khan has better options, either fights against bigger names (Floyd, Pac etc) or fights that are less risky.

And Khan himself has said he would rematch Garcia, they're probably both full of sh#t.

Let Brook earn a shot. Brook getting a gift decision against Porter isn't close to earning a shot. Yes, Khan is a bit full of himself right now, but at least he has beaten some names clearly. Brook just got a gift against Porter, and his back to fighting bums again.

Pretty fed up with Khan's antics. KB would pwn him. Khan needs to give it up! I take KB by ruthless one punch KO

You are the first person I have heard saying that Brook got a gift, pure nonsense.

He is not going to risk it. He knows his days are number. all he is trying to do is cash out before getting sparked again.

Why is Brook, now a belt holder, begging Khan for a fight? That is a more pertinent question.

Brook is afraid he will loose his next defense; unless he fights tomato cans to further embellish his resume.
Brook wants to piggy back off Khan's work with minimal risk. He needs a few fights with likes of Maidana, or perhaps Garcia or Peterson in their backyard to have earned the opportunity the right way.
