Why does Andy Ruiz think he deserves to only fight current or previous belt holders?

He was in the talks with Hrgovic for 2 months and pulled out this febuary. He is a lucky punch champ, nothing more.

He made those two paydays and thinks he’s more valuable then he is.

He's a former heavyweight champion who has only lost two fights, and one of them is disputed. It always amuses me about the hate he gets because of his body, and he is living proof that you don't have to look like a bodybuilder to be a very effective heavyweight. I totally disagree with the notion that he landed a "lucky punch" on Joshua. Ruiz got knocked down hard but kept his composure and stayed in the pocket. He had the fortitude and toughness to take advantage of Joshua's carelessness and overconfidence. No lucky punch at all.

Let's call it for what it is. They hate to see a morbidly obese Mexican brother living lifestyle flashy and being in the check cashing business.

Fat Andy brings the Clenelo crowd. That = big money. People tell me The Dosser is a big star and that he does big gate, coin and PPV no matter who's standing in the opposite corner (96% of the time a low skill bum) so don't tell me he a fight against a Mexican who brings the Clenelo crowd ain't gonna do serious gate, coin and PPV.

Fat Andy would be by far The Dosser's best ever win and the fans desperately want to see the fight but The Dosser wants the whole pie to himself

Yeah, I hate his bland smiling moon face and back moobs. Very irritating looking fighter.

Ruiz is at the Shannon Briggs phase of his career. Just trying to talk his way into a big money payday but not willing to fight for it. He thinks he's a bigger name than he is.

Really, Wilder vs Ruiz should be an easy fight to make but both of them have very high purse demands that the American PPV audience can't support.

Ruiz is a 2 time McDonald champion, and a lineal KFC holder. He deserves a nice big payday, to feed his family. And fatten himself up over the Christmas period, because it's cold.

He’s always high and stuffing his face. The guy doesn’t have the drive to work his way back to the top. He’s straight up delusional at this point asking for a 25 million payday for Wilder.
