I could almost understand this allegiance to a promoter IF their stables fought each other so you had a favourite boxer over here and was on their side ...however there's almost ZERO cross promotion big fights so I don't understand it. They all put on awful cards and occasionally put on a cracker but if they cross promoted we could see cracking cards 30 times a year Boxing is it's own worst enemy ,like crabs in a pot
That bigger platform isn't really doing Boxxer any favours. They need Adam smith back to start running things. Now in terms of promotional size. Matchroom are running shows over the globe. Boxxer can't even commit to purse bids as they don't want to lose fights to the 'smaller platform'
matchroom are going to Orlando tomorrow to put on a show with 3k fans , there last uk show was literally half empty. boxxer have many faults but Shalom has delivered 2 PPVs for the platform and made CBS a world champion , Hearn has his world champion like Cordina fighting in Monaco. Hearn chasing to be a global superstar has left his stable weak.
Most likely because he has had zero people skills training in his YTS job at Matchroom so lets his gob run away with itself which isn’t professional. Also they see Shalom as a threat. If they didn’t they wouldn’t mention him. Essex chancers with an endless budget, nothing more.

Not really a threat to Matchroom, as people constantly say Sky is far and away the biggest platform, you wouldn't think so with the output. How much longer will it last ???
