Why does BOXREC lists Mayweather as #1 lb4lb instead of Pacquiao?

    He beat mosely and JMM when they were at the top of the P4P list...

    PAc beact up Margo and Clottey this year who were ranked much, much lower.

    Well given that there is no actual p4p award, no p4p rankings "mean ****".

    Yes that's what I understand too. Of course flawed but at least genuinely impartial.
