Lol do you see why boxing is a dieing sport, a lot of fans are more interested in the fighters purses than whether it's a good fight or not. Hopefully you see my point lol there's gotta be some real fans.

Honestly I don't think he ducked spence, he's going to be out for a while and giving up the IBF title is necessary at this point. I don't completely rule out brook going back down to 147, but it will take Brook a couple fights at 154 to mull it over. Brook-Spence will happen eventually I think, either at 47 or 54.

I don't use the word duck as freely as you do. If you are taking a tough fight, over another tough fight, it's not a duck.

He knows he can because Hearn said they would do it for Khan that's when I knew this 147 stuff was bull****. Anyway there's no big fights at 154 except Canelo and the time brook is back that fight might be gone.

And what about if you drop your belt in order to it, all of this after fight some of the worse mandatory lies ever? Isn't that a bit fishy?

    Duck? Brook would school Spence.

Let's try to get this straight....brook tried to get the big unification fights, that didn't happen, tried to get the Khan fight...khan wanted Floyd so that didn't happen. He always struggle to get down to 147, we know that now.

Yes very few know Spence over here in the UK except for the hard core followers of boxing. Makes little money in that, doesn't give him another belt also.

154 more his division, there are big fights to be made.

I understand all your points and and agree somewhat..but we have to use logic here and understand it for what it is. Saying somebody is ducking insists one guy is afraid of the other, for instance thats clear with canelos team. It the biggest money fight out there right now and they still dont want it. Spence for brook is a small payday. If you asked me do i want to see spence v brook or canelo v brook i'd choose canelo all day long.

Brook v spence is a good match-up, i'd bet it will happen at 54, spence will move up soon hes huge at 147.

Remember ofcourse brook will try to get to 147 for khan, he will get paid millions of pounds. Why would you take the risk of draining yourself and possibly not performing and losing for a few hundred grand.. it makes no sense.

I mean has he even vacated ? any statement anywhere? He's still listed as champion on the ibf site but under welterweight it says vacant.. its odd because hearn said this today in his daily mail column..

"As far as Kell is concerned, he is still the IBF world welterweight champion and is reluctant to vacate that belt unless he gets a mega-fight in another division"

Why will the canelo fight be gone? hearn said kell will be back spring summer.. i actually like the cotto fight for brook to come back to, he's a small light middle, big name and should make for a good fight and brook would win. If smith can pull off the upset (which i doubt) that would also be a huge fight for kell in the UK

No one in the uk even knows the 154 guys other than Canelo. I think Brook beats Spence too but I don't know that he does. In my opinion he had a good chance to beat all the 147 just he doesn't wanna travel. Lara schools him, Andrade smokes I think Williams and jermall Charlo take him too and Canelo will definitely beat brook. People are getting way to excited, although Canelo ducked GGG shamelessly his still a world class fighter with good all round skills and has been in with some of the best fighters.

It's nothing to do with not wanting to travel... his name in america held no value, none of the americans were interested in fighting him for that reason because once again its a small payday for them just like spence is for brook. They're in america making millions why risk all that to come to the UK?? Why do you think brook jumped up to fight golovkin... he was in a situation where the fights just wouldn't come. Brook will beat canelo, hes vastly overrated but he is very good against offensive opponents, that isn't brooks style. Its the reason theyv chose liam smith, because canelo likes fighting his style...

Also if you'd followed brooks career you'd know there has been talk of him moving up for years, way before spence was even on the horizon... he's been struggling for years to make welter, long before he even fought for the title
