I'm glad to see you putting up a fight and coming back for more. I thought you were done there for a minute. But no, as you were walking back to your dressing room, you decided to stop yourself, turn around and walk back in the ring and say "wait, this fight's not over yet, ring the bell". By the way, this is the first I heard that Canelo, or "Clenelo" as you call him, tried to keep the rehydration clause a secret. Do you have any evidence to base that off of, or is that just another one of your wild theories? That sounds eerily similar to the sort of thing Mayweather tried to do to Canelo with the catchweight, you know trying to silence Canelo and his team from revealing that Mayweather insisted on the catchweight, because you know if Canelo said anything about that, it would make Mayweather look really really bad, scared and desperate. But according to you, Canelo (and to be clear, you mean Canelo himself, not De La Hoya or anyone from his team) actively tried to keep the rehydration clause a secret. Because, it's such a common thing for a fighter to talk publicly about rehydration limits in contracts. How dare Canelo not publicly announce that there was a rehydration clause after the contract was signed.
And in the eyes of all of the judges. How crazy I am to score matches similar to the official judges.
Start a poll on here and see how it comes out if you are so sure of your position. Even Alvarez’s corner said the fight with Mayweather was not a draw. CJ Ross’s card was highly suspect.
^ Here is one of the mentally impaired numbskulls that I previously mentioned. Notice how it scampers about in its natural habitat, grubbing in the dirt for food. The food of this species consists of the emphemeral traces of Canelo. Anything will do, discarded napkins, used beer bottles, milk cartons etc ... anything that may have been touched by their God. Sometimes they will discover empty bottles of clenbuterol in the trash outside Canelo's villa and those they add to their underground shrine in his honour. The plastic statue of Canelo built out of clenbuterol phials is nearly complete. All they need is for him to fight some useless bum on the cinco de mayo (maybe a rematch with Yildirim) and they can finally have their yearly extravaganza
LOL we've seen plenty of polls on here involving Canelo. For some reason any polls involving Canelo on here are always landslides against him. Could it be that this forum is just notorious for being dominated by raging GGG fanboys and not objective thinkers? I'm very comfortable being in the minority here and bringing some much needed objectivity to this place. And by the way, obviously it's impossible to agree with all 3 judges exactly. I just mean "generally" I agreed with the judges range of scores. Not specifically CJ Ross's card as I didn't see it as a draw nor did I agree with her scoring of several rounds, but I agreed with it being a close but clear Mayweather victory as opposed to the domination / shutout that all the casuals, Mayweather fanboys and Canelo detractors continue to argue.
Sure whatever you say E.T. Is it time to blast off into the great unknown yet Mr. Canelo kept the rehydration clause a secret and didn't take it upon himself to hold a press conference and announce that to the world.
Im with u on free Miller but realistically clenbuterol doesnt help much with performance in a fight. Some argue it masks different PEDs for a drug test but havent seen much science on that, some were saying its to cut weight which i dont think is that big of a deal if so, and then some say for better oxygen intake/stamina. Humans/Bodybuilders use clen to "cut" not cut weight like fighters do but shredding fat but for cows it has opposite effect and makes them bigger so alot of countries especially mexico do actually give the cows clen for that purpose so its a possibility that story is actually legitimate if he really only tesed positive for small amounts. Miller popped for HGH, i think it was 2 diff tests and 2 diff steroids showed up on each test and some crazy "SARM" that is super dangerous for the body apparently. Either way they should both get a pass. Boxing needs canelo if u r a fan of boxing and even if u hate canelo he brings eyes n dollars to the sport and we need that. Miller vs AJ or wilder would have been fun to watch
Pac never said he was scared of needles. To this day, no one has ever produced a quote. What he was afraid of was giving his blood close to a fight, which he believed weakened him in the Morales fight. He's on video saying this long before a Floyd fight was even brought up as a possibility. As for the Ariza shakes, that was Roach's fault. Roach hated Ariza so much that he carelessly attacked Ariza, but what he was actually saying was that Ariza was insubordinate and thought he was a boss that didn't feel like he needed to answer to anyone, such as the contents of the shakes he was giving to Pac. It's like the general manager of a 3 Michelin star restaurant demanding the star chef give up his recipe.
That's interesting, I didn't know that there was blood testing prior to the Morales fight, that's the first I've heard of that. How common was blood testing back then? That was well before Mayweather even called for Olympic style testing, so I'm really surprised to hear that Pacquiao and Morales would have agreed to blood testing way back then. Do you know how common blood testing is these days or is it mostly only urine testing? I don't like the idea of fighters having their blood drawn for testing prior to fighting. Not only could it weaken a fighter but it can make a fighter queasy and nervous and it could cause a fighter to lose their comfort level going into a fight. Seeing needle marks on fighters from having their blood drawn is a bad look and it's totally uncalled for. I'm guessing that blood testing was a requirement for both Mayweather and Pacquiao when they fought, as Mayweather was calling for it for years as a pre-condition for fighting Pacquiao. Do you think it was the blood testing that made both Pacquiao and Mayweather so weak and ill-looking for their fight leading to a boring fight that should have been much much better?
I heard they wanted to draw blood from Clenelo but when they pierced his vein only glowing green clenbuterol oozed out.
Yeah, pretty much this. Actually I don’t think it’s all of them or nearly all of them like others say, but it’s probably prevalent in general. And not just the elite guys too. I remember seeing James Toney and Danny Batchedler fight each other in 2007 in one of the worst fights I’ve ever seen, and both of them were juicing. The Sam Peter fights took out what was left of Toney, he was a shot fighter after that.
As a lifetime combat sports fan i wish we could just see every fighter "juiced to the gills" and then i believe we could actually see the best fighting the best. Being bigger, stronger, faster, and whatever benefits PEDs give a human does not affect timing, ring IQ, skill, etc. Maybe brain doping in the future lol. LET THEM ALL JUICE FREELY #JUICEDLIVESMATTER
It's cringe. They think they're being funny, really they're sounding stupid. Like when certain fans referred to Roy Jones as "Roid" Jones. Fighters, especially those that get drug tested, and prove they are clean, should be respected and not given drug nicknames. In the old days there was little to no drug testing. Today fans use drug tests to label certain fighters cheats. Basic fairness is pretty much out the window these days. Fans have no accountability, they think they're tough guys for giving fighters drug nicknames.
