Probably because he got "cleared", then has gone on the run he has. WIth the amout of fights, and opponents in those fights, that most titlists have these days, he's seen as a breath of fresh air.

Or it's just because everyone is at it and he just got caught so people don't care

 

he got banned for a year lol for clenbuterol on the other hand miller has been caught like 3 or 4 times now lol and when he fought joshua he had 4 ****ing kinds of steroids in him lol

 

Pacquiao never denied the claims made by his team that he expressed to them that he was afraid of needles. Obviously Pacquiao is not afraid of needles, it was just an excuse used by those who didn't want him to do random blood tests.
