Would be just as easy to ask:

Why does Pac don't want to fight Cotto anymore?

Is it the weight? Money? Or something else?

See how that works? Do you see what I did there?

Cotto's lawyer stated that PAC insisted on a CW.

They were disappointed in PAC and exercised another option of which they do not need PAC.

    PAC is a real *****!!!

If they do fight, cotto deserves the bigger cut of the pie. Based on recent performance.

This is pure speculation but I would guess that bob arum was jerking him around and not giving him a fair deal, or else he would not have chosen a lesser fighter for less money

Neither is Floyd, but he agreed to fight him at 154. Why can't Pac? Floyd weighed at 151 and came into the ring at 150, the same weight that Pac keeps proposing. Why can't Pac allow ever allow the other guy to weigh whatever he wants, as long as he is under or at the divisional weight limit?

He's afraid of being beaten brutally like he was before. Simple as that. If Cotto really wants the rematch, he will come down to fight him at 147 or 150.

Cotto's acting like a lady. He's worried about a few pounds of weight that he'd probably make easily. Didn't he just use a catchweight against Margarito not too long ago?

Pac is the most money he's going to make in a fight. Why would he choose to go fight some nobody instead of taking another big payday? Makes no sense. Pointless fight anyway though.

He's financially comfortable so he doesn't have to take fights that are needlessly risky if there are other fights with comparable money involved. His priorities are Family...Legacy...Money...in that order.

Please reference my post above. Why risk ending your career with two losses when you're very wealthy and promote yourself?

    Pac is done.
    Cant break an egg.
    Everyone wants a piece.
Cotto is bigger stronger and is alot better than the Cotto that fought him before.
    Bradley beat Pac.
Bradley had no respect for him.
    Enough said.
    Pac is done.

Obviously Pacquiao won't do what Mayweather did and fight Cotto at 154.
