    The offer before the Mayweather bout from Arum was the same offer made to him after the Mayweather bout. If he didn't duck Pacquiao for Mayweather, he didn't duck Pacquiao for Trout. Not everything is about money.

    Hadn't Pacquiao just lost as well?

    He made the right decision and most fans are glad he went with Trout. Marquez would have been ****ed out of the 4th fight and we would have been ****ed out of a Historic KO.

    He was coming off a L, he should have bent over backwards, to face Manny an his biggest monet fight available, and chance to avenge his loss, him not excepting was a clear duck IMO, wehn he expressed time after time he wanted a rematch

    JMM jumped 2 weight classes to fight Manny, Manny is the p4p king, who the **** Cotto thought he was to try to dictate something with Manny cause he looked good winning 2 rounds vs Mayweather


    A fighters blood doesn't flow through Cottos veins

    If a boxer has beaten you convincingly already, it's very hard to call it a duck. Unless after said defeat you go on to improve dramatically to the point people are demanding said rematch, or if you pick up a title and said boxer is your mandatory and you turn it down...you can class it as a duck. And even then you could argue it can be excused.

    Duck is thrown around too often. Usually by people who don't know what the **** they are talking about.

    Says the person who is sat behind a computer screen about the person who has one of the best resumes in the sport, win or lose. Irony.

    Top Rank. Bob don't like fighters who defected and undermines any negotiations making them almost impossible to come to fruition. Mayweather used to be with Top Rank.

    Mike? Quit trolling. You can't duck someone from a lower weight division, particularly someone who's already kicked your ass. Cotto, fighting at 154, chose to make fights within his own division.

    No one beat up & humiliated Cotto any more than Tony Margarito did.
    Tony made Cotto kneel before him in total surrender beaten to a pulp.
    Ya'll wanted to see a rematc, all except Cotto until Paquaio permanently damaged Tony's eye , Even then Cotto could not beat down a one eyed fighter. LEGITIMATELY!!! At the end of the round before doc stopped the fight Tony was beating his chest ready to make Cotto quit again . Meanwhile Cotto was slumped on his stool looking gassed & beaten. Yeah that fight was stopped by a corrupt NYAC doctor to save COTTO from defeat not Margarito:twisted::twisted:
