Mo' Money , Mo' hangers on. If the guy had any ****ing sense he'd get Lou DiBella as his manager and dump the rest. Apparently DiBella was apoplectic with the team for not taking the DAZN money- he set up meeting- and said DW will never get a better deal. Wonder if he'll be pushed out now by Haymon and Winkel who obviously went to leverage Espinoza into giving Wilder $20m to fight Brezeale on Showtime non PPV. I have a weird feeling Breazeale might KO Wilder and screw up the master plan. Kinda like Ortiz got him going but he's younger and fresher.
i laughed when i read his post, cause i pictured you replying, "thats cool bro, if you wanna suck my dick, that be chill... no homo, though".
Its amazing how someone with so much advice at his disposal ends up walking over a 100 dollar bill to pick up a 1 dollar bill isnt it? Perhaps he actually has signed one of those contracts, where he cannot take a dump without the permission of 10 different advisors?
Yes one of the underrated aspects of Wilder is his speed and agility of movement and reactions. You are not catching him if you are walking in quick sand and your punching speed is like grandpa
Really?that's kinda of odd when one man could do the job.could explain a lot,how on earth are they all expected to agree on his career.Goes without saying they'll be wanting to make as much money as they can out of this and won't want it to end.
Simple. The more advisers you have, the more chance one of them gives the right advise. Then you need an extra adviser to pick the right advise... makes sense right? Right?!
In all seriousness I'm sure Joshua has just as big a team of advisors around him too, his promoter, his manager, probably a sports agent to deal with endorsements, a PR manager, etc. But the big difference is other than Hearn you don't really hear from these people, because they work for Joshua in the background, while with Wilder it's clear it's the other way round, he works for Haymon and Finkel who are the ones who really control the direction of his career and so they are the ones that get referred to the most when it comes to the decision making related to his boxing career.
Not by the first punches. But he is tall and heavier than Wilder. If he keeps coming the size will affect Wilder and slow him down enough for Breazeales punches to start digging. Breazeale is a heavy handed big unit. Hope he makes the first rounds.
Speed and agility can be countered with timing and shot selection though. Breazeale isn't a master in either of those categories, but he's noticeably better than he was in the Joshua fight, and seems a lot more adept at controlling the ring than the clueless plodder of before. Slow fighters aren't utterly scuppered against Wilder, providing they fight at a consistent rhythm and work behind the jab.
