Why does Floyd get no credit for his victories above Welter??

Of course he came into the fight night at 150. Maybe a lb north or south. Why would Floyd who you claim walks around at 155-160. Cut all the way down to 150 for a 154lb fight?

Floyd is an ATG, but for some reason, I have never finished a Mayweather fight feeling like I witnessed something great. And Ive witnessed a lot of great fights in my time, like the Toney-Jirov fight.

 

Thunder, you don't know what you're talking about. Watch the telecasts for Mayweather/Judah, Baldo/Mayweather and Mayweather/Mitchell. In everyone of those fights he came weighed in on fight night at between 146 and 148. He usually came in at about 3-5 lbs. over the limit at 130,135, and 140. The guy is basically a 140 lb. fighter right now. It's completely plausible that he came in at 150 lbs. against Oscar. The guy is known for being right on weight with about a week or two to go to the fight.

All I am saying is if he weigh-in 150 against Oscar he could have not be in the ring 150,he must have gained some weight.

 

How could he of not been 150? He walks around at 150. Shows up at the weigh-in, weighs in at 150. Goes to sleep, wakes up gets to fight and tadda! he weighs 150.

Didn't I already tell you that he came into multiple fights at 147 at the same weight that he weighed in at? What makes you think he can't do the same thing one weightclass higher? During that time he was probably walking around at about 150-155. It's very plausible that he came into that fight at 150.

 

He barely gained weight for any of his previous fights at 147. I think he stayed the same at 146 for the Judah fight on the night of the fight, and was weighed at 149 on fight night after weighing in at 147 for the Baldomir fight.

If he put on weight after weighing 150 for DLH, it was most likely very minimal.
