Well it has to get annoying to FLoyd that every fight GBP co-promotes of his, Oscar is doing a million interviews saying how "X fighter," will beat Mayweather and how that fighter was even better than Oscar in his prime.

If you're going to co-promote a fight, especially with the cash cow of the sport, maybe FLoyd sees this as disrespect that every venue Oscar is telling anyone and everyone that'll listen how Canelo is going to beat FLoyd. He's been doing this for years and it's become quite redundant.

Than again, it could be all for marketing, but I don't believe so when it comes to Oscar and Floyd. there's some genuine animosity between those 2 guys.

I can just imagine oscar saying" Floyd will bust this chump up, he has no chance to beat floyd" That won't sell, and selling is what matters to Oscar and Floyd!!!!

wrong if he got KOed there would be a rematch. The reason the KO of Pac was so meaningful is because he and Marquez had fought so many close fights. If alvarez knocks floyd out, it will help Floyds career. It would show he took a fight he can actually lose and less people would consider him a cherrypicker!

He wouldn't be able to bounce back mentally. The rematch would sell, but after he losses again, nobody will care about him except his hardcore fans.

It isn't as if Floyd is an exciting fighter to watch. People tune in to see him because he's undefeated and created an aura of invincibility so people want to see if it will continue. Once that bubble bursts, his fame will too.

I can see it happening. Sometimes weird things like that happen in 2s. But I do believe Mayweather will beat Canelo, possibly put a stamp on it and KO him late. I think Mayweather may have something to prove, considering alot of people think this is a real challenge for him so he may be extra motivated to put a hurting on Canelo.

 

Because Floyd does not have and cant keep a good relationship. He ends up hating on anyone who doesn't agree with him. His whole entourage are just groupies. They laugh at his jokes even if they are not funny. All the people around him are just after his money.
