Only in your world does it make it stronger. Pbf knew that he could control range and dictate distance on pac. He knew he was a sucker for the right hand and was reckless and was easy work. Pac was scared of pbf that's why he ran away from negotiations and went and fought clottey. He knew he was in too deep with pbf and roach went on record saying he needed more time to come up with a gameplan in order to deal with pbf. A gameplan that didnt exist btw.

 

He knew he could do all that....and STILL waited for Pac to get old.
