Why does Haney have haters? He's stepping up

Lack of power and his personality probably. I like him myself even if I'm disappointed in some of the things he has said outside the ring. He's young and has time to grow up.

 

I dont think that he has so many haters. I think that it is only that he's boring because his lack of power makes his fights boring.

He has skills, I dont dislike him, but I dont enjoy very much watching him. I dont dislike watching him either. I just.... dont care. And that's bad when we talk about making money and fans.

 

He was handed a belt after winning an eliminator against a C level opponent… despite this, he puts himself in the same convo as guys who’ve done much more in Loma, Tank, and Teofimo, which invites criticism.

If he didn’t get that belt without fighting anyone, I personally wouldn’t have anything negative to say about him, as I like his style… WBC needs to do away with that franchise title bull**** and order him to “unify” with Kambosos similar to what the WBA has been doing.

 

I think it's a sign of humility. Asking if he did well or not. Trying to see where he stacks up against other great opponents Lineras has fought. If Lineras told him that he needs to work on some things, he probably would. I don't have an issue with it.

 

I dont hate him but i dont care about him either hes pretty much irrelevant to me i only watched one of his fights and it was one too many.
